For one of our clients, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who are answering customers requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg.

Requirements:

  • fluent in Spanish
  • good English skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferable
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands Ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
  • PC literate
