She is President of Key Associates, Inc. — an organizational transformation consulting firm committed to helping leaders and organizations grow — and founder of Key Women’s Leadership Forum. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and her BS from the University of Massachusetts. She is a past finalist for Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year and is a member of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC).
