Lynn Loefgren is the Senior Vice President of Client Management and Development at SYKES. Lynn applies a unique blend of expertise in team leadership, management and relationship strategy essential to delivering the best people, resources and solutions into each client relationship. Providing strategic direction to her teams across the globe, she has reshaped and elevated the role of the client management team at SYKES, overseeing clients in multiple verticals, including communications/media/entertainment, financial services/insurance, consumer technology and products, and retail.

Lynn began her work at SYKES in 2004 as Global Senior Director, managing several telecommunication accounts. Later, she became Vice President of Global Accounts and then Vice President of Major Markets. As Vice President, she produced significant business results for SYKES in financial performance, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market share, and productivity.
More recently, Lynn held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Operations, directing the global business for the company’s telecommunications vertical. She was promoted to the role in 2014 for her ability to innovate, solve problems, drive customer value and develop talent.
