Jim Farnsworth joined Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated in 2016. Currently, Jim is Executive Vice President and General Manager for Business Development and Strategic Accounts. His role includes leadership of our Work at Home business group. Jim has a demonstrated history of innovation, service and leadership for large-scale businesses and their customers during the past 20-plus years for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 2000® companies around the world, and he has developed complex customer solutions for some of the world’s leading brands.
Prior to joining SYKES, Jim worked across the services space as co-founder of his own consulting and professional services company — virtualwirks — and as an executive with Alpine Access, a company SYKES acquired in 2012. He has served in various senior roles with Teleperformance, TeleTech and MCI Telecommunications. A native New Mexican, Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and business from the University of New Mexico.
