Ted Roxbury is the president of Clearlink, a SYKES company, which partners with the world’s leading brands to deliver digital media, marketing, technology, and sales solutions. When SYKES acquired Clearlink in 2016, Ted served as chief marketing officer and was named president of Consumer Brands. In August 2019, Ted was named president of the company. Prior to the acquisition, Ted served in a number technology, marketing, and strategy positions. As chief strategy officer, Ted led Clearlink into exciting new realms of emerging industries and revolutionized the company’s customized digital media and marketing services.
A thought leader in digital marketing and customer acquisition, Ted’s unique combination of problem-solving abilities and leadership skills has helped him be a driving force behind Clearlink’s growth since 2009. As a part of the SYKES family, Ted continues to lead Clearlink’s expertise in digital marketing, sharing strategic insights throughout the organization.
Ted’s professional experience reflects his wide range of personal interests. While studying mechanical engineering at Northeastern University, he participated in ROTC, Gōjū-ryū karate, and NUHOC, the university’s outdoor club. He is also an avid climber and skier who has traveled the world in pursuit of some of the tallest peaks around the globe. Deeply connected to all things outdoors, Ted looks out for his fellow adventurers by serving on the Board of Directors for the Utah Avalanche Center.
