With more than 25 years of legal and technical experience, Brad Fischer brings an incredible breadth of knowledge to the SYKES family in his role as senior vice president and associate general counsel. Since joining our global organization, Brad has used his extensive experience dealing with outsourcing transactions, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, complex international contracts and joint ventures, technology licensing, and much more to help deliver positive results for SYKES and our business partners all over the world. For more than 15 years, Brad’s diligent work and careful study of our business and legal dealings has helped SYKES to grow into the strategic, global, and award-winning company it is today. We’re grateful to have him!
Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree, earned with the highest distinction awarded and with honors in English from Penn State University. In addition, he was a member of the University Scholars Program (now the Schreyer Honors College). Brad earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Duke University School of Law and in 1994 began working in corporate and transactional law at the Tampa office of Foley & Lardner LLP. After gaining nearly a decade of valuable experience with the firm, Brad began with SYKES as associate general counsel in 2005 before being promoted several times due to his aptitude and diligence. Brad became the senior vice president and associate general counsel in March 2019. Throughout his career with SYKES, he has continued to be a valuable asset to our company, and we look forward to many years ahead with Brad among our leadership!
When he’s not putting together successful agreements for SYKES, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running, and volunteering for the Plant High Rowing Association. He’s also a charter member of the Board of Advisors for the Team Godwin Foundation.
