A leading company in global technology announced that the SYKES Romania team in Oradea earned its Best Site Award for Customer Service in Europe for Q2 2017. Our brand partner determined after evaluating Net Promoter Scores (NPS), process adherence, and several other metrics across the partner’s many commercial and consumer sites in Europe. The award, which was given after the site marked just one year in operation, validates the SYKES Romania Oradea team’s hard work, passion, and determination to create experiences that amaze and help people one caring interaction at a time.

SYKES Romania began operations in 2010, and employs more than 1,200 people in the country, across five contact center sites. Employees of SYKES Romania provide exceptional customer service and technical support to brand partners in industries such as technology, communications, and transportation and leisure.
