Recognized in 5 Categories During International Congress of Excellence

SYKES’ Costa Rica has been recognized in five distinct categories of excellence at the International Congress of Excellence: leadership and strategic planning, human talent, environmental and social responsibility, customer relationships, and marketplace knowledge. The awards were hosted by the Chamber of Industries of Costa Rica.

These awards are especially important to the Costa Rica team, as this further validates their efforts following a multiyear roadmap plan aimed at creating outstanding customer service and support teams in the region. According to SYKES Costa Rica, they’ve already begun working toward their next major goals: earning the National Award of Excellence, as well as the necessary points to earn World-Class Company status in Costa Rica.

The SYKES global family couldn’t be prouder of SYKES Costa Rica and their successes, having already won several other Awards of Excellence from the Costa Rica Chamber of Industries for Management of Human Talent and Customer Management and Markets. Though this represents just one of many acknowledgments that SYKES Costa Rica has won through the years, these awards in particular carry additional meaning for the Costa Rica teams.

I can assure you that we will continue working for continuous improvement where opportunities are, as well as for strengthening those areas where we are already strong.”
