SYKES India Wins Two 2021 Bronze Stevie Awards

SYKES India was presented with two Bronze Stevie Awards at the 2021 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The awards ceremony was hosted virtually on April 14 and honored SYKES India in two categories: Contact Center of the Year (over 100 seats) – All Other Industries, and Customer Service Management Team of the Year.

In a press release announcing the win, SYKES India’s country head, Dishant Bhojwani, said, “I am genuinely proud of everyone’s unwavering dedication in the face of adversity. Our SYKESers are the reason why we continued to thrive amid the hardships that we faced in 2020. We’re glad to have opened the new year with this recognition, and I know that this is just the beginning of more opportunities for our people.”

The Stevie Awards considered more than 2,300 nominations for the 2021 Sales & Customer Service awards, which is now in its 15th edition. In a year when all companies faced the uncertainties of COVID-19, SYKES India was recognized for its efforts to support employees and brand partners while limiting busines interruption. Amid the challenges of the pandemic, SYKES India was able to open two new sites and grow their employee base from 750 to more than 2,000 staff members.

SYKES has been recognized by the Stevie Awards in many categories in various regions over the years, including SYKES Philippines’ recent 2020 award for Most Innovative Work-From-Home Plan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
