SYKES EMEA Named Finalist in 8 Categories at 2020 ECCCSA Awards

SYKES EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) is thrilled to announce that it has been named a finalist in eight categories at the upcoming 2020 European Contact Centre & Customer Service (ECCCSA) Awards. The ceremony, which takes place in March 2021, recognizes leading businesses and their efforts to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. While the competition is robust — now in its 20th year, the ECCCSA is considering organizations in more than 20 countries — SYKES EMEA is confident that it will be adding to its trophy display.

The ECCCSA, which prides itself on being the longest-running and largest awards program in the customer support industry, determines honorees based on their focus for continual innovation, strive for efficiency, and, above all, value for their people. According to the ECCCSA’s website, the judges look for specific evidence in making their determinations, including whether the customer experience improvement was incremental or transformational, whether it positively affected the daily roles of front-line advisors, and whether it led to more effective or efficient operations. SYKES EMEA is tasked with presenting this evidence and more as they look to bring home gold in the following categories:

  • Most Effective Homeworking Programme
