A SYKES team in China serving customers for a global hardware and electronics company received the Five-Star Operation Performance award issued by Customer Contact Center Standard (CCCS). This award truly exemplifies the collaborative effort between the operations team and our brand partner.

Our brand partner, based out of Taiwan, is one of the most-recognized names in the computer hardware industry. The team being recognized has supported the brand partner since 2016, offering level one and level two inbound voice and reactive chat support. Since the partnership’s onset, the team in SYKES China has worked to improve customer satisfaction, commit to the brand’s service-level agreement (SLA), and decrease abandon rate.

Since 2000, SYKES China has supported brand partners in the technology, retail, transportation and leisure, healthcare, financial services, communications, and insurance industries, and has received multiple awards for its outstanding customer support. Additionally, SYKES was the first multinational customer support center in the entire country and has become an outsourcing industrial model city in the years since. By working with local universities, SYKES China hires promising agents right out of the gate, ensuring quality performance for our partners.
