SYKES is proud to announce that, along with our brand partner Lloyd’s Banking Group, our Digital Services division has been awarded the Global Sourcing Association’s (GSA) Best Corporate Response to COVID-19 award. This prestigious honor recognizes SYKES for our proactive and effective response to the COVID-19 crisis. The GSA praised SYKES for an innovative approach that helped keep our brand partners’ operations running smoothly throughout the pandemic while preventing significant service disruption or data breaches.
SYKES received the recognition March 25 at the GSA Virtual Awards Ceremony, which marked the conclusion of the first-ever Festival of Sourcing.
Kerry Hallard, CEO of the GSA, said, “The ceremony was a phenomenal celebration of the industry’s transformative response to the challenges posed by the pandemic and the excellent work delivered through partnerships around the world — topped off of course with some fantastic entertainment and lots of dancing! Everyone should rightly feel very proud of themselves, their organizations, and the industry as a whole.”

The GSA U.K. Awards, now in its 18th year, honors the companies and collaborations that have demonstrated best practices in strategic sourcing.
