This category recognized the achievements since July 1, 2017, of organizations that have taken active measures to meet the work-life balance needs and requirements of women. Our submission focused on the efforts within the Latin American and Asia-Pacific regions.
In our Asia-Pacific region, we promote work-life balance for women through initiatives like special leave benefits, mother’s nursing rooms, flexible work arrangements, help with childcare and transportation. In our Latin American region, the Wellness360 program gives employees the opportunity to participate in health weeks for various screenings, gym membership and childcare partnerships, women’s health checkups, mother’s nursing rooms, and on-site clinics.
