The SYKESHome team has been awarded a 2018 Frost & Sullivan Customer Contact (CC) Award for Social Media Customer Engagement thanks to its work with one of the country’s largest advocate groups for older Americans. The award, otherwise known as “The Selfie Award,” recognizes companies for excellence in social media customer service. Our team and its partners were among four winners in the category.
