SYKES Colombia won the Bronze Award in the Best Internal Operation Category (in-house) at the 2019 Congreso Andino de Contact Centers y CRM // CXSummit for its Regional First Call Resolution for the remote support of centers in Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and El Salvador. The award honors the SYKES team for creating an intuitive, internal web app targeted at millennial employees. Through gamification, it promotes social interaction, internal communication and progressive development via healthy competition.
“We won this prize by demonstrating an effective and efficient use of resources to address a regional requirement,” said the SYKES Colombia team. “It was about creating a team of people to provide remote technical support via one central point of contact.”
This National Award of Excellence is given each year to companies from all corners of the economy whose initiatives best demonstrate growth and success in service and client-company relationships.
