SYKES China Wins Two Awards at Annual China Customer World Seminar

SYKES China was proud to sponsor the annual China Customer World Seminar in Beijing in October. During the two-day event, SYKES leaders from operations and sales teams led panels and spoke on numerous topics, including the operation of VPA in an omnichannel contact center and its impact on the customer journey. The conference enhanced SYKES China’s “transformation and innovation” message, and explored opportunities with new verticals, such as e-commerce.

For its leadership in Asia, SYKES China also was awarded Best Contact Center (Outsourcing) of the Year, and General Manager Eileen Wang was acknowledged as Best Leader of the Year (Contact Center).
