SYKES’ Costa Rica team has been recognized in five different categories of excellence, including leadership and strategic planning, customers and markets, human talent, environment and social responsibility. They received the honors during the International Congress of Excellence, hosted by the Chamber of Industries of Costa Rica.
These awards are especially important to the Costa Rica team, who implemented a five-year plan in 2015 that would put them on the road to excellence. Their next goals include earning the National Award of Excellence and earning the necessary points to be considered a World-Class Company.
“These awards have special significance, because this year the company celebrates the 20th anniversary of SYKES in Costa Rica,” said Alejandro Arciniegas, Vice President, Operations and country leader. “With gratitude we receive these awards in the name of the thousands of employees who day by day strive to make our company a great corporate, supportive, relevant and sustainable citizen.
