About SYKES Australia

SYKES Australia was launched in 2000 in George Street, Sydney. With only 125 employees, the first years of our operations were heavily focused on outbound telemarketing to help a global client enter the Australian market. As we saw progress and growth, SYKES Australia began to explore more services and foster new partnerships locally and worldwide.

Today, SYKES Australia has made its mark in the field, continually providing support for major global companies and leading Australian brands. We have worked with leaders in inbound customer care, social media, back office support and more. We have also expanded throughout the country, opening additional sites across New South Wales and Australia.

SYKES’ goal is to foster meaningful connections and our solutions do just that. We help clients create an effective and lasting partnership with their customers. As we continue to grow, we also improve our offerings and extend our support, one caring interaction at a time.
