About SYKES Australia

SYKES Australia’s humble beginning started in 2000 when it first opened its contact centre in George Street, Sydney. With only 125 employees, the first years of our operations were heavily focused on outbound telemarketing, helping a global client enter the Australian market. As we saw progress and growth, SYKES Australia began to scale, exploring more services and fostering new partnerships locally and worldwide.

Today, SYKES Australia has created its own mark in the field, continuously providing support for big global companies as well as leading Australian brands. We have expanded operations in Australia, opening sites across New South Wales and Queensland.

SYKES Financial Services Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services License for general advice and an Australian Credit License as an Intermediary. We serve our clients by handling their customer service: product acquisition, account maintenance, transaction management, disputes, general inquiries, card activation, and online navigation assistance through voice, chat, and back office support.
