At SYKES, we provide customer service telephone support for a variety of different clients supporting their services and products. Our entry level position is Customer Service Representative. Whether you are a computer wizard or just have minimal knowledge, we’re willing to train you if you’re willing to learn.
If hired, you would take INCOMING CALLS from customers having problems with their services or products. These calls typically last less than 10 minutes.
