Jim Farnsworth joined Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated in 2016 as EVP & GM, Virtual Operations, Education, Travel & Consumer Products. In this role his scope includes leadership of our Work At Home business group, internal shared services and a portfolio of industry solutions. Mr. Farnsworth has a demonstrated history of innovation, service and leadership for large-scale businesses and their customers over the past 20+ years. Mr. Farnsworth has successful experience leading outsourced and contracting arrangements with clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 2000® companies around the world and has developed complex customer solutions for some of the world’s leading brands.
Prior to joining SYKES, Mr. Farnsworth worked across the services space as co-founder of his own consulting and professional services company – virtualwirks – and as an executive with Alpine Access, a company SYKES acquired in 2012. He has served in various senior roles with Teleperformance, TeleTech, and MCI Telecommunications. A native New Mexican, Mr. Farnsworth holds a B.A. in International Relations and Business from the University of New Mexico and he currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
